In 2019, St Patrick developed a five year strategic plan to spiritually renewal our community.
Our strategy is simple: It is to make disciples – missionary disciples. Disciples that go out and transform the places they live in, work in, play in, and serve in. We are a people on a mission to bring God’s love into the world through a life-changing friendship with Jesus.
We make missionary disciples by creating opportunities for people to meet Jesus and grow in His ways. This is the way of faith. It is a journey. Each leg of the journey invites us deeper into friendship with Jesus. That is why we are using the image of a road to convey our strategy - like the Road to Emmaus. It is in walking, talking, and breaking bread together that we grow in friendship with Jesus and each other.
We make disciples by inviting and accompanying people:
To Choose Jesus - which we do through our Alpha course and RCIA
To Choose His Church - which we do through Connect Groups and Sacraments
To Choose His Way - which we do through Small Discipleship Groups and courses.
To Choose His Mission - which we do through the Live Your Strengths course and volunteer service opportunities.
All along the way we praise and glorify God, which we do through daily prayer, inspirational Eucharistic worship, and Catholic devotions. Our focus is to create excellence in worship through planning, alignment, and inspirational homilies that have a clear message and call to action.
Our goal is to get people on the road, and actively journeying and growing together .
